Because our dishes are thoughtfully designed and prepared as listed, substitutions or modifications are generally not available, except for food allergy accommodations with advance notice. |

| Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, and the remaining balance is due on or before delivery or setup. |
| What happens if I need to change or cancel my order? |

| Once the contract is signed, any changes to guest count, menu, or timing must be communicated in writing at least 3 days before the event. Please note that cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable and forfeited to the Caterer. |
